Uznáváme se navzájem, hodně spolu mluvíme a to nás nutí být laskaví a velkorysí. Jestli takový jsi, bude se ti u nás líbit. Největší prostor v Boomerangu dostávají ti, kdo umí spojit kreativitu s organizovaností a samostatnost se schopností pracovat v týmu. Zároveň víme, že nikdo není dokonalý. Vždycky si vzájemně pomáháme. Máme rádi pestrost v názorech i povahách. A proto, jak říká jeden můj oblíbený kolega: „Je tu spousta magorů, ale žádná mrcha.“
